To Whom It May Concern: This was a brutal nightmare. Read ahead, but I am astonished at how we were treated. A short version: They sub contracted out with other businesses that were unprofessional and did a substandard job. We were also charged more and more money—after paying $12,000. We had decided to put in new countertops (they were Formica) and replace with Cambria Quartz. We also re-tiled the backsplash. FloForm recommended two colors for the kitchen for a sharp contrast: Devon for the island and Bellingham for the other main counters. I am not happy with the Devon and do not recommend it. The counter appears to have “water spots” under the finish. Everyone who comes in to the kitchen notices this. FloForm said this was natural and there was nothing to be done about it. I thought this would be a simple process: new countertops and new backsplash tiling to match. I had no idea what a difficult, drawn-out process this would entail. It took weeks to get this done. We tried so hard—so hard!—to understand everything needed to prep the kitchen and even checked the supplies. I thought after paying over $12,000 that FloForm would have everything in order. I wish someone at FloForm or Parr Design would have gone over details instead of just emailing information. For example, I thought it was good enough to have the natural gas stove on site. You need it installed, removed and reinstalled. This cost hundreds of dollars. I wish I had been more clear on the details. I also wish there was some sort of a checklist so that there weren’t any unexpected surprises. On the day of the tiling—the mosaic tile meant to be incorporated in the backsplash wasn’t delivered. The whole project was shut down and the contractor walked away. I just started to sob—I just wanted my kitchen done. FloForm thought I had the mosaic tile! They went through Emser—and Emser Tile said FloForm never picked up the order!! Then, strangely, they pointed the finger of blame at me. What did I do? It clearly stated on an email that FloForm would provide the mosaic tile. Why is this my fault? Susan, at Emser Tile verbally blamed me after blaming FloForm! Also, I PAID FOR THIS MOSAIC AND THEN HAD TO BUY MORE. They subcontracted through Three Lions Construction. The Tiling person showed up and left—but tracked mud and dirt into the house. We attempted to put down soil, grass seed and fertilizer on the front lawn and he just blindly walked through it! He came back the next day and was moody—so we avoided the kitchen. He did take his shoes off—but again, he set up his table to cut the tile right where we re-seeded. I didn’t want to **** him off, but I asked very kindly could he move his table so he doesn’t disturb the newly planted grass? I was told that two guys would work on this project to finish it—but only one showed up. The mosaic in the backsplash is not straight. I am disappointed with the finish. We feel ripped off, financially as well. FloForm has offered to reimburse me $19 —which I already paid for!—and that was it. As of this posting, I have not received a check and it is now August 26th, 2016. We were also charged another $100 to “build up the wall” to the counter. This meant smearing a paste along the wall. Why didn’t FloForm measure the counters to fit the wall in the first place? The grout was the wrong color. I had to shell out another $50 for new grout. I am not making this up. I cannot begin to tell you how hard this has all been. I am emotionally exhausted. I feel the worst part of this is I don’t even want to go into the kitchen—it makes me feel sick. I also cannot recommend Parr Cabinet Design Center because if you want Quartz countertops—you must go through FloForm and Emser Tile. Linda

Salesperson missed appointments, provided incorrect information on cabinet dimensions, and did not return calls. Spent approximately $240 on design - very basic. Eventually went with another company.

While working on a bathroom renovation for both our main and master baths, we shopped around many, many locations for cabinets at a good value, but good quality. We finally settled on Parr Cabinet Outlet, after visiting one of their remodeling showrooms.
We looked and looked through the cabinets they had on hand and while they had the color, or the style, or the size we wanted, they didn't have all three in one. We spoke with Andon Martin who walked us through the catalog of selections of wood, color, door style and sizes and put together a plan for us.
Once we purchased the cabinets and they arrived at their warehouse, they were very helpful in hanging on to them for a couple weeks, until our contractors were closer to the point of needing the cabinets. Once we needed delivery, it just took a call to Andon and he had them delivered in a couple days time. The delivery driver helped to place them into my garage as well.

We recently remodeled our daughters kitchen and on a tight budget. We tried Ikea, Home Depot, custom cabinet makers, online stores, craigs list. You name it, we tried to find well made cabinets we could paint white. Parr had the best over selection of premade cabinets to choose from. We found through working with the sales person that each manufacture had different pricing when it came to buying a painted cabinet. So we choose one that we were very happy with. They delivered ontime, correct cabinets and options and were all solid wood. Much better quality than the other stores listed had. We were very happy with the cabinets and quality and the people we worked with at Parr Cabinets.

My experience with them was that I had good help in the store. The person who helped me was Jason. I saw this sample of what was to be delivered, and they delivered it. The cabinet doors were all out of alignment. Some doors overlapped each other. They had been jostled a lot apparently. I had a little difficulty getting them to refund or to just fix the problem. It went on for maybe 5 days until I got very agitated. Jason responded only after that. He is a young guy that I think is just learning the business. He just didn’t realize how important customer service or responding to problems was. Another person may have been great. It was just like he didn’t think I was serious. Anyways, they came out and looked at the cabinets. They brought someone to fix them, and everything got taken care of really well after that. Once they said they were going to do something, they did it. They have a unique product in their unfinished pantry cabinets - they are hard to find. They did it to my specific size requirement, and it is because of that that I would use them again in the future.

This was a DIY project so my husband and I checked out many sources for the Items we needed. We visited the Parr showroom many times over several months before committing to the purchases. Fabio was great in providing knowledge about the products and patient with changes; also open to negotiating the cabinet price and helping to get best price on the other items. The items were delivered on time and in the condition we expected.

We liked the quality of the cabinets. Had a lot of different choices here. Easy to work with, pleasant, very friendly. They gave us a referral for the installation and we appreciated that. The referral was excellent, we were very pleased. Prices were nice too.

I remodeled two kitchens. Parr Lumber provides outstanding customer service and cabinets at a decent price. They helped my design my kitchen, gave suggestions and when there was a problem took care of it immediately. It was a very pleasant experience.

The price of the cabinets was great - partial particleboard with solid wood front. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. They don't work off commission and it really shows. Most of the staff on the floor are less than enthusiastic about helping customers on the phone or in person. Avoid Jason. Ask for Jeff.
