Parklane Mattresses

The sales experience was very good -- lots of information and no pressure. Parklane pricing is straightforward -- no mark downs from an artificially high price. There were many mattress styles and firmness levels to choose from, so it took awhile. Delivery was promised in two weeks and they were right on time. The delivery persons brought all the parts to our upstairs bedroom and assembled the bed. We were keeping our queen size mattress and box springs, so they moved those into our guest bedroom. The bed has worked very well for us, so no information on how they handle returns or complaints.

After some personal changes at Parklane, we got a phone call asking if we still had the mattress we had been unhappy with, I stated we did. To make a long story short Parklane gave us a new mattress straight across.
We are happy. In the future when we need a mattress we may use Parklane again depending on if they have the kind of mattress
we are looking for.

We bought a mattress with parklane in May of 2014 along with the mattress protector after about three months my wife said she wakes up at night because her hips and thighs hurt, she could not get comfortable no matter what she did finally she found that in the middle of the bed it was higher then her side and my side of the bed. My wife decided that it had to be the bed, the bed all ready has body impressions on both sides of a bed that is not even a year old. My wife called to file a warrenty claim and was told that it has to be a two inch body impression before they would fix the bed or replace it. When we bought the bed we were told by Judy the sales lady it was a one inch body impression. The impressions are not  two inches so does not quilifie for a replacement or fix. If you can see it and feel the impressions the mattress should be fixed/replaced not only at a two inch impression.
We will not buy from Parklane again nor will we ever recommend the store to anyone.

My husband and I went in to ParkLane Mattress and bought a side sleeper mattress even though we both are combo sleepers, We tried it out for thirty days and I could no get comfortable so we went back in and got a mattress for combo sleepers, all we had to do was pay the differents if there was any monies owing plus 150.00 to take away the mattress and take it to Eugene all we needed to do is pay the 150.00. The mattress was promised on June 2 between 1-6 the guys arrived before 1Pm traded out the mattress in less then 10 minutes.
On both visits we had a smooth trans action. Judie was friendly and very knowledgable.
We bought from Parklane because they are just down the road from our city we live in and make the mattresses in the city they are located in.
