These guys are TOP notch. This project was for a patio cover with gabled roof. Nohr seem to know exactly what we wanted. He was flexible with some changes we asked for and overall was reasonable in price compared to others in the market. I did cost a little more than we anticipated but worth every penny. Once the crew got on site they were on time (early) and worked hard throughout the day. The entire project was completed in 3 days. Other company's told us it would take up to a week. High quality craftmanship while staying on schedule is hard to come by these days. Paradise more then met our expectations. Thanks for the great experience.

Boy it sure feels good to find and hire a contractor that meets and beats all your expectations for a project. Noir knows his business from A to Z and was very helpful in getting across the finish line. Look on his display of projects online and it speaks volumes.

We couldn t be happier with our addition from Paradise Construction! Nour and his crew were extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. Nour was one of many contractors we had bid on existing plans for a two story addition on our 1920 s bungalow. His bid was reasonable in comparison and the quality of work met or exceeded our expectations. We appreciated that the work was completed within the agreed upon timeline. We were living in the home during the construction and they were respectful of our space and privacy. He, or his office manager, kept in constant contact about upcoming work and all aspects of the project. We felt confident that Nour had our satisfaction in mind during all phases of construction and his goal was for us to love the work that had been done. We would definitely use Paradise Construction for any work we need in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a contractor.

Nour Chaaban is a very hands-on owner and directly oversaw or did most of the work himself. He has loyal teams and I was impressed with his care for the employees as much as his care of making sure every detail was done to our plans. He started the 3 month project and finished it within the quoted time with minor delays due to weather and materials not delivered when expected. I also credit Nour for solving needs of engineering the roof by partly framing by hand, resulting in much more usable space upstairs. Paradise was a great fit for our addition and the only contractor who could work within our budget while allowing us to do our own plumbing and electric. Highly recommend and very pleased with everything.

Nour was prompt, courteous and very friendly. He knew what we wanted and got the job done in a timely manner and very affordable. Would hire him again for any other projects.

If you are looking for a company who listens to you and is great at creating customized products, then Paradise Construction is for you. We were tired of repairing our wood deck and decided to demolish and rebuild a new deck using TimberTech. I appreciated being kept in the loop with status updates and if I ever had a question, Nour was always there to provide an answer. Nour and his team were extremely professional and I would absolutely contract with them again.

Paradise Construction did an excellent job repairing our country fence that was field fence with barbed wire on top. The bid came in very competitive, and work was done professionally, punctual and they were able to schedule our repair in a short time. Would hire them again, would recommend them, Great company! After the New Yorker magazine came out with the article on earthquakes in the Pacific Northwest, all of the companies that only do seismic retrofitting were booked out for many months. We had hired Paradise construction before and were so impressed by their work that we decided to ask if they would do a seismic retrofit on our home. The owner, Nour did all of the research that was needed to do our job including what permits might be needed etc. Paradise construction again exceeded our expectations. He responds to your calls, shows up when he says he will, cleans up after himself and does an amazing job. He hires people that also are clean, respectful and do a great job. Hands down the best contractor I have worked with!

The owner was there and did the work with his hire men. He came when he said he would and he did an excellent job. He came back and replaced our skylight when we found it was leaking. We are very pleased with work and the conduct of the workers.

Nour and his intire Crew were very very hatrd workers and always on time. I was very much pleased with the super Quality of the finished job. I feel that they cared so much about what they were doing they went way out of thier way to do the best always looking out for me the owner of the house. Nour and his crew did an excellent job in removing our old deck and hot tub and building a beautiful new deck. From the beginning to completion, Nour kept us informed of the work and finished it on time. The completed deck is more than we anticipated and he did it within fair and reasonable cost. Nour is the ultimate professional and we will definitely call him again for other projects.

I cannot speak highly enough of Nour and would not hesitate to recommend him. He built us an amazing deck that turned out even better than I could have imagined. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Throughout the process he gave us design ideas, suggestions how to improve some things, and accommodated some changes/add-ons. I hired Nour Chabaan to repair siding from a fire my folks had at their home and also construct a patio cover for them. he did an excellent and expedient job. Knowledgeable and friendly. As a realtor, i then referred him to a client of mine to do some reno work and he did a great job there too. I will definitely hire and refer him again and again. Great Job!

Paradise Construction was one of three bids that we got to build a patio cover, a carport and two gates. His bid came in way beyond fair and way below the others. Nour listened to what we wanted and built something better than we imagined. His attention to detail is fantastic. He cleaned up the site thoroughly. Plus, he is a super nice guy. Mr. Chabaan is a construction genius, and their company built two covers, one for my hot tub, and a carport. The workmanship was great, he did designs and custom work for 1/2 the price. VERY happy and would trust them to help my Grandmother.

Oh my gosh! This contractor goes above and beyond what is expected. Our shed came out beautiful. Nour really makes sure that every last detail is addressed and will not quit until the job is done right. I look forward to working with him again.
