The ceiling turned out beautifully! He was very careful to keep things clean and removed all the debris and covers used for the popcorn removal. Then re-draped the floor, walls and furniture before mudding, applying texture and finally painting the ceiling. I was especially impressed at how careful he was because we even told him not to worry about the floor, it was going to be removed and replaced. The ceiling had a bunch of holes in it from the previous owners, but he made it looks smooth and sleek. A couple months later we asked him to hang drywall over the faux wood paneling in the same room. Before doing anything he made sure there was insulation in the walls and carefully removed the cabinets hanging in the room. Although we opted to do the painting ourselves, he was kind enough to offer helpful tips for painting the walls and the cabinets that were going back in. I'd hire this guy again anytime.
