"Lost Lodge Timber did try to resolve the issue with the reclaimed timbers sold to the member. We have been in contact via phone and e-mail concerning this matter. He refused our offer of kiln drying or to do an exchange for another product. The member was present at delivery and helped unload each of the timbers by hand into his garage. He inspected the timbers and was very satisfied with them. These timbers were inspected prior to selling them to him and were found to have no current powder post activity evidence and to be structurally sound. He spent 3 days acid washing these timbers which altered the original condition and look of the reclaimed timbers. It is the policy of L.L.T. to offer an exchange providing the material is returned in its original condition despite this policy we did offer to do an exchange which the member refused. L.L.T. did fail to deliver one of the timbers in his order and agreed to deliver it at a later date. L. L.T. has given him a full refund for this timber. As for the pricing issue he raised, our pricing is very competitive as he had another supplier of reclaimed wood but purchased his timbers from L.L.T. As for his statement of L.L.T. being administratively dissolved by the state twice for not filing annual reports and non-payment of fees. These were quickly remedied without any penalty these were only administrative errors."
