The chair and ottoman were picked up on day one and delivered, refinished, on day two! I had said how important the chair was to me as an old person but I never expected such remarkable service. They also did a perfect job refinished my old, tired chair. It looks like new.

They were much faster than we had hoped for and did a wonderful job. We're already thinking of using them again on another project. We highly recommend Leather Pros!

Estimator was prompt, friendly, and professional. He was honest about what could and couldn't be cost-effectively repaired (he didn't think that replacing the worn cushion leather was a good value given the age of the couch.) He provided the estimate on the spot. Two friendly, professional guys came out to the house a couple weeks later, and worked for several hours. The quality of the repairs is excellent- the furniture was completely transformed, and everything except for the highly worn couch cushions could almost pass for new. Even the most cracked leather cushion looks significantly better after cleaning and minor repairs. Whatever they used to clean the newer couch completely removed the dull layer of newspaper ink. The repairs weren't cheap, but for 20% of what I paid for the couches 25 years ago, I'll get another few years out of them before the most worn cushion leather completely cracks. Then I'll have to decide whether to re-cover them, or sell the remaining pieces and buy something new. They did such a good job on the repairs, my guess is that it will be worthwhile putting new leather on the cushions instead of buying a new set, and then I'll get another couple decades out of the furniture. Either way, I'm very happy with the work they did.

The leather pros were kind, helpful and professional from Denene to Justin and Jeff. They did the work of restuffing and redying my sofa in my home in a matter of a few hours. After living on my plumped up cushions for awhile I felt that they were too firm and too high. When I called to ask if any adjustments could be made, I was treated graciously and plans were made to have the Pros revisit. Jeff and Justin listened carefully to my concerns and came up with a way to adjust the cushions to my liking actually recutting the main foam cushions and adjusting the back support. "Not too hard, not too soft, just right" I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing such service. Thank you Leather Pros!

Ahead of the call they explained relative to my rip (based on described location and photos that were sent to them) that they may not be able to guarantee it will be a permanent fix. It was nice they were honest. They were punctual, and did a fantastic job repairing the spot. Upon completion, they noted that they felt this will be a lasting repair after reassessing the conditions. It really looks like nothing ever happened unless you are inches away from it.

Jeff and Jacob were excellent, they arrived on time and assessed the condition of our leather suite. Made a couple of recommendations, we listened to their advice and moved ahead with the repair and cleaning option. They took great care in protecting our furniture and carpet while they worked on our suite. It was amazing to watch the transformation of our tired worn out suite into a as good as new suite. The color was restored, all the marks were repaired which we did not believe was possible, they added additional padding to the seats and back pads. We thought we were going to have to replace our suite until we met Jeff and Jacob. We can't thank them enough for their excellent work. We would highly recommend Leather Pros Inc for anyone who requires work on their leather furniture.

The sofa looks and feels like the day it was new. The technician was on time, considerate of our other furniture, and personable. Will use again!

Jeff arrived as scheduled at 8 am.  Completely walled up area with plastic.  Began work and staining, no stopping.  Completed job about 5 pm.  Excellent results.
