I called Brandon to ask for help changing light bulbs for a front entry way about 30ft up in the air and to clean a large 10ft x 10ft window.  I was hoping he could complete it asap, because the next day was Halloween.  He did a great job communicating with me and was able to schedule a time the next day.  Brandon is awesome!.  He did a fantastic job, changing the light bulbs, cleaning cobwebs and debris and the window looks spotless. Also he charged less than he quoted!  I am very happy with his service and highly recommend.

This is a one-person company, Brandon.  But Brandon knows everything about customer service.  He's been providing window, roof and guttering service for many years and is a true professional.  Booking him was a breeze as he returns calls and is very polite on the phone.  He's even better in person!  He turned up exactly when expected and we arranged the order of doing the work.  He ended up spending over 4 hours on this cleaning job, which included 4 skylights.  The results were stunning - talk about brightening up a house!  Not only does he do both sides of each window, but he cleans the screens as well.  He was a real pleasure to meet and have do this, his work is very methodical and I have no reservations on recommending him to anyone else.

We hired him without asking for a quote ahead of time based on his explanation of the usual  cost per window.  He was running late on the day he did the work but he did let us know of his dilemma.  He arrived promptly at the new time and went to work .  He was friendly, quick and efficient, and very clear about the problems of successfully removing the water spots on the exterior of many of the windows.
We were very happy with the results!  The windows were so sparkling clean that for several days afterwards we thought we had left the slider open!  We discussed the price again when he was done and ended up paying a little more than he quoted on the phone per window based on the effort it took him to clean the water spots.  We were fine with that since he didn't see the job before hand and we could see how much more work it was to get the job done.
Although he did arrive late, he didn't rush the work and he stayed well after quitting time to get the job done.  We would happily recommend Brandon to others and will certainly use him again.  Well done!

They did a great job.  They did everything transparently.  They really did not interrupt us but went about their stuff though we were actually here at home.  They were fine and did everything that they said they would do.

Brandon was really great to work with.  We had to cancel once because of bad weather and then again when we were sick.  He was very flexible and accommodating.  I explained how picky I am and he definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.  And even though it took him longer than expected, he stuck to his bid.  We will defintely have him back!

My experience is terrific. They did a really nice, very thorough job. They're very efficient, thorough and prompt, just all of the above. It was great service. You get what you pay for. It was a little bit more spendy but for the service, it all evens out. You spend a little bit more but you get a really nice job.

It was very good. We needed some parts to make sure the gutters didn’t clog  and so, he went and got them then came back. He called and followed up to make sure that everything was fine. He’s attentive and thorough. I thought the price was fair.

Very nice guy.   Showed up on time.   Estimated job would take 4 hours, it took him all day, but he kept to his bid.   I will definitely use him again.

Brandon responded quickly to my phone call and gave us an onsite bid.  He arranged a date for the cleaning which then had to be postponed due to weather but set up another and did the work.  The windows had not been cleaned for some time as we had had a bad experience with another (high rated) window cleaning service and felt reticence about hiring an unknown person.  The windows had accumulated a fair amount of grime.  In addition, our water is hard and there was mineral etching on many of the panes.  We were well aware that some of that could not be removed.  In spite of that, it was great to look out this bright morning and see the vista clearly again. 
I would definitely hire Brandon to do the work again and to recommend him to others.

Brandon called and said he was running about 30 minutes late. I really appreciate someone who calls! He showed up and introduced himself and got right to work. The windows and screens look wonderful! It is so nice to look out a clean window. Brandon was very nice and very professional , I would have him do my windows again.

I wrote the first review of Brandon's excellent Lazy Sundays service. This year I called him in early June and asked for the same service except to clean only the exterior windows because of various stressful situations inside the house. Also, the interior windows remained pretty clean from his first service a year ago. Brandon scheduled the work for a day two weeks later with a half-hour window in the morning. He called me the morning he was to come and told me exactly when he would be arriving. He cleaned all the exterior windows and screens (part of our house is three stories, but he has the ladder to handle it).  He cleaned 6 skylights. One of those is on the tallest part of our roof. He blew off the roof of the house and the garden shed, and he cleaned all the gutters, including those on the three-story sides of the house.  As always, he was cheerful, industrious and steady. Because I decided not to have the interior windows cleaned this year, he told me how to estimate the difference in price over last year, and it came out exactly right.  The work took him about 4 - 5 hours.  One really good thing about his service is that he uses very little water.  As usual, his faithful Oreo accompanies him and stays in the truck. She is a very tiny, quiet dog and you will not know she is there.

Brandon, the sole proprietor was always courteous on the phone.  We had a couple re-schedules, as he only wanted to do the work with good weather.  He takes a lot of pride in his work, and does a great job.  He was also connected well with our kids, who were out on the driveway making chalk drawings.  He took his time, but was working the whole time other than fielding phone calls related to the business.  He spent about 4.5 hours working on the windows. My wife, the picky one, is tickled at the quality of the work.

Brandon is fabulous.  He has done our windows for the past four years.  The first year we used him, we called him last minute because we had a death in family and needed our windows washed before family came to town. He was able to fit us in and did a fantastic job. We have used him ever since for window washing.  I would highly recommend him.

A friend referred us to Brandon Collins, owner-operator of Lazy Sundays. I called him in early June to discuss his services and our schedules. We agreed that he would call back later in the month to set up a time to come to our home (and my neighbor's) to give us estimates for window, gutter and roof cleaning.  Brandon did call back as promised, and we set the estimate appointment for late June. He advised me that he cannot always predict exactly when he will arrive if he is working elsewhere on another job. He did arrive on time and gave me a written estimate on the back of his business card for windows, gutters and roofs. I felt his price for all of our windows, inside and out, was quite reasonable, especially since two sides of our house are three stories and the rest is two stories. His price for gutter cleaning was about the same that we've paid others in the past 10 years.  We set the appointment for the work. He told me that our property would probably take him most of the day. He arrived a bit late, as he had predicted, but worked steadily for 8 hours, taking only short breaks. Our windows and roof get very dirty and have a lot of debris because of surrounding trees.  He blew off the roof, removing moss from a few spots by hand; cleaned the gutters; and cleaned more than 20 windows/french doors, screens and and several skylights inside and out by hand. He also blew the paths around the house when he finished. The roof of our garden shed had become heavily covered with moss and he cleaned it thoroughly.  He did a beautiful job on everything. His equipment was also very clean and tidy. He also cleaned some of our neighbor's windows on a different day. We definitely plan to hire him in the future.
