House Cleaning
Unfortunately, Lannie's unprofessional demeanor reflects on the original service because they referred her to me. Lannie used to come with the original service. Now I am her client and she comes alone. Being left in the lurch for housekeeping you have come to expect on a regular basis, is quite inconvenient and unpleasant. The fact she won't return any calls just adds fuel to the fire. I have always been nice to her, even when she broke a wine glass last time (I told her it was okay, no big deal). This is an example of flagrant discourtesy and is extremely unprofessional.
