Luck of the draw. That is how we came to have Kathy Gowen as our realtor, and we do consider it to be our good fortune. She just happened to be the agent we spoke to when calling in response to a For Sale sign. Through the months of our searching to find the right home near my aging parents, she worked tirelessly to find the nearly impossible house for us within the limited geographical area we could consider. Kathy proved to be patient, professional, easy to work with and absolutely well-qualified and knowledgable about all facets of the home selection & purchase.
