She just happened to be the agent we spoke to when calling in response to a For Sale sign. Through the months of our searching to find the right home near my aging parents, she worked tirelessly to find the nearly impossible house for us within the limited geographical area we could consider. Kathy proved to be patient, professional, easy to work with and absolutely well-qualified and knowledgable about all facets of the home selection & purchase. This has absolutely been the best experience with a real estate agent we have ever had.
Description of Work: Kathy Gowen, of John L Scott, Market Center in Hillsboro, was our agent for our recent home purchase. We looked for months, and several "false starts" before finding the house we ultimately purchased. Kathy proved to be simply the perfect agent for us, she hung in there with us, even while we were out of state at our old home. Kathy truly listened to our needs and worked with us to find the right home. She is very knowledgable and professional with great attention to detail when counts.
