 + -1 moreOur house was still under warranty and the stairs were put in structurally incorrect. They were very loose and were dangerous. He did very shoddy work; he was incompetent and wouldn't hold up to his warranty on the stairs. The initial installation of the stairs was incorrect and yet he wouldn't honor his job.
Description of Work: Our stairs in our house were very loose and needed to be repaired.
