This is a scamming company. I've also noticed he has several different addresses for his company which is a red flag. The work that he did wasn't great, it wasn't straight and just didn't look good. A professional finished job should look nice, the customer should look at it and say "wow that was a great job". I don't even think he is trained to do this type of work.
