The whole job went great. The crew was very friendly and very professional. They arrived when they said they would. They paid attention to details and asked me before painting the trim so it would be done the way I wanted. All was picked up at end of day. I am thrilled with the outcome.

I don't normally write reviews but iTech did such a great job I am making an exception. The experience was first rate from start to finish. Colt, the sales rep, provided the assessment and the quote. He was highly professional, responded in a prompt and consistent manner, provided a detailed estimated, and establish a goal of doing what ever was necessary to make sure we were completely satisfied. The 3 person crew: Chris (the supervision), Edwardo and Alberto were excellent. They were all about doing outstanding, detailed work while ensuring that we were completely satisfied and that disruption to our lives while painting was at a minimum. They accommodated our one-week vacation by stopping painting and resuming upon our return. They were kind, pleasant and polite doing the 2 weeks that they occupied our house. They provided a walk-though for us to assess their work and take care of spots that were missed of which there were few. A few days after the completion, Colt came back and did a quality control check only to find a few other minor issues that will be address by a final visit next week. The work was outstanding as was the experience. iTech is probably one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They really put the customer first, they keep commitments, and they follow through, actions often lacking with other contractors.

This was one of the best contractor services we've ever had.  Scheduling was easy, Ryan was great at communicating, which is rare these days.  The men who did the work were on time, professional and did a fantastic job.  They were very thorough at protecting areas that were not being painted, including cabinets, floors, carpet, doors, etc. I will most certainly be using them for all our future painting needs.  The pricing is very competitive and the experience was very positive.

1.  He was very professional in his painting job, checking for places missed, and taking his time to do a great job.
2.  Ryan came back when the painting was finished to check the work and we paid him in full after the painting was completed.
3.  We would use iTECH again.

Ryan was very helpful through out the process. His wife even came over to help us select trim colors. The house was prepped, sealed and painted in a couple of days. As with any paint job the preparation is key and they spent a good amount of time on it.
iTech used about 3 cases of caulk to seal up our home. They pressure washed everything and then used a high quality paint.
We own a Property Management company with about 350 homes, we deal with lots of vendors. iTech is the one we used on our own home.

Services were excellent! They did a great job.

Ryan was very professional and his workers were also.

Excellent job!!  Wasn't scheduled to have the work done until later in Sept. after his outside painting jobs were completed. However, rain was in the forecast for the next day so he called at 8pm the night before to see if he could fit us in.  Really appreciated the thought and phone call - knowing we wanted the work done sooner.  He came in at 7:30 am, moved the furniture around for us, wrapped up by 3pm and all the furniture was put back.  He sent me a text message picture with the progress and results.  We found one area on the ceiling that didn't look blended (which in the afternoon light was hard to see) - he came back promptly the following Monday and re-touched it up.

Ryan was very professional. He was prompt and answered any and all of my questions and concerns. He and his crew did a superior job. They were all very patient, courteous, and professional. My home looks absolutely beautiful. I would hire Ryan again and I highly recommend him and his company. The project was finished on time. Even after completion and paid in full, Ryan still provided the best customer service when I had questions, he responded immediately. I will be using itech for future projects. Ryan's bid for this project was by far the best and worth every penny I paid!

While scheduling the repair of ceilings and redoing the floors, we figured it would be a good opportunity to paint the inside of the house while everything was removed.  We had been refered to iTech Painting Professionals by a couple of people so I contacted Ryan for an estimate.
Ryan gave us an estimate and we settled on a time frame (after the ceiling work and before the floors) to do the work. Because Ryan knew the contractor and because he happened to live nearby it was easy for Ryan to come paint in the evenings after everyone else had gone.
Ryan did a great job, even being patient with us while we changed a couple of items, and got the job done just in time (before the flooring crew came to replace carpet with new laminate flooring).  Ryan also came back after the flooring crew finished to do the inevitable touch-up. 
Ryan did a great job in a short time, worked with his eye on quality and maintained a great attitude. Professional and personable are both great qualities and Ryan is both.
We will call Ryan to do the outside of our house this summer. You won't be disappointed if you use his services.

He was very professional and clean. He cleaned up after himself and touch up anything we ask him to. We were very pleased and would hire him again. He did all the painting by hand (brush and roller) rather than spraying, and he did two coats. His wife/interior design came out to help me pick colors at no additional charge.

Ryan Whipple of ITech Painting Professionals gave us an estimate to power wash and paint the exterior of our home. We also received bids from three other contractors. The ITech bid was competitive with the other bidders, however unlike the other bidders Ryan followed up with us to see if we had any questions and/or concerns.
When we selected ITech Painting Professionals in April of 2012, we told Ryan that we would like to have our home painted in June. He accommodated our request and stayed in touch with us, keeping us updated as to when the project would start. On June 11 he called to say he would be at our home on June 14 & 15 to pressure wash the house and painting would begin on June 18. He and Andrew arrived promptly at 8:00AM on the 14th and completed the pressure washing in one day.
On the 18th they were here as scheduled and set to work taping off our windows and preparing the exterior for painting. Painting began that day and for the next two days Ryan and Andrew were prompt and went right to work. The painting was completed on the 20th. Ryan and Andrew did a great job of cleaning up and making sure the house looked the way we wanted before they left.
We are totally satisfied with the quality of workmanship, the color of the house and trim, and the attention to detail that ITech Painting Professionals provided. We would highly recommend them to others and will use them in the future when the need arises.

Great, He showed up on time, completed all work on time, it was a 2 day job and cleaned up.

He's very professional and trustworthy as well as punctual. We have hired Ryan on 4 different projects and all have been met or exceeded our expectations.  We have referred him to our friends and they have been pleased as well.
