One line was installed fast and no complications. The second one was difficult on a outside wall with insulation, but at the end it was done and we are happy.

Their service was 100% perfect, honestly. The service that they did was excellent. They were expensive. When I called them, they responded with a callback within a couple of hours and they told me they would be calling in a couple of hours, and then they sent their electrician guy out two days later and he came. He checked what I needed to have checked and then it was something that I thought had to do with my electrical box. He went around and checked every single plug in my house with his little thing because he said, "your box looks excellent". He said, "since you called me out here and I was able to fix one and while I am here and I have a little time, let me just go and check others", and he went around and he checked. He was just really nice and customer service wise he was terrific. He said, "Just give me a call today if you have that same problem again", I didn't have a problem, so I didn't have to call him. They were excellent. Their price is competitive. They were competitive with other companies.

Summary: everything was done perfectly,  I would hire them again without hesitation.
I called Jereme and we arranged a time for him to come view the job.  We agreed on the scope of work and arranged the schedule.  Jereme tested the circuit, connected the fan, made the correct setting on fan, and tested it.  While he was at the house I had him check an outdoor electrical box to ensure it was still safe and in good working order.
Jereme was very professional, punctual, courteous, and respectful of our home.  He performed all work as expected and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Wow!  Jereme and Mike of Hughes Electrical really jumped through some
hoops to accomplish my hot tub installation in record time with many
obstacles (that were caused by me!).  Initial call was flawless - except
that I was not home -- and, when the existing disconnect box was found
(after testing) to be defective, Mike was unable to reach the breaker in
the garage to turn off the power to replace the defective existing
disconnect.  So, in-spite of a very busy schedule, he returned the next
day and completed the work in record time with professionalism and
expertise.
I am already identifying other electrical projects to bring this excellent team back to work on at my home!
