The sewer pipe that was cracked was 13 feet down. To complicate matters the area to be dug was tight, in between two house located close together. The crew was able to maneuver equipment in and accomplish the task quickly. I appreciated the fact the they were able to squeeze me in during down time on a bigger job. Good people to work with!

This is the second job Hollenbach & Hurd did for me, and their work is uniformly excellent. Joe Hurd and his crew are a pleasure to work with. The original rain drain and dry well that I installed many years ago to carry away water from my driveway and barn were undersized to handle a heavy rain, so I called Joe to install a larger-capacity system. He came up with a better solution than I had imagined, and his crew installed the new system on time and on budget. It's a pleasure to watch Joe and his crew work. I've never seen excavators have fun while they worked, but this crew does. And the new drain system works flawlessly. No more flooding in my barn!

I am a realtor and a home I was helping my buyers with had a failed sewer scope. Joe Hurd personally contacted me on many occasions to discuss what they would be doing. They had to remove the deck and concrete to make the repairs. The deck was returned to its original condition and work was done in a timely manner.

He was informative, responsive, helpful, professional and did a fabulous job for us. He completed the job in one day. By the time we were home from work, we were hooked up to city sewer. He provided extra work at no additional cost. We were more than pleased with his work.

They were very responsive and managed the entire process, including contacting PGE for requirements and inspections. Joe Hurd and his employees were very diligent in getting the work done in an efficient and thorough manner, all the while being very personable.

I had heard of this company from a friend that had used them. They are excellent communicators and responsive. He gave me differnt approaches and pricing options. The job turned out as I expected. His crew was respectful. They adapted to changes because they were aware of every facet of the job on a daily basis.
