GOSSER BUILDING DESIGN

I paid Dick Gosser $1100 for plans for a small kitchen remodel. His plans were terrible, hard to read and just wrong on every major aspect. I sent his plans to the truss company which they had to call me to tell me he had trusses landing in mid air, short of walls. After he made changes to the plans so trusses Actually landed on walls. I gave the truss plans to a contractor who told me the trusses were all wrong because dick Gosser plans were wrong so the truss company could never get them right. I emailed dick everything was wrong and wasn’t going to work. He told me The industry standard was to pay the truss company come out and measure and make the truss plans. Why did I pay him $1100 then? His plans didn’t have any measurement for Hdu4 hangers they didn’t have measurement for anything and if he did it was wrong. He mismeasured the whole concrete foundation. Don’t use this guy he screwed me out of $1100

WE HAD SEVERAL MEETINGS WITH DICK GOSSER AND WERE ABLE TO RECEIVE A PLAN THAT OUR BUILDER WILL BE ABLE TO FOLLOW SUCCESSFULLY. WE HAVE DETAILED PLANS OF THE SIZE OF WINDOWS AND WHERE THE BEAMS SHOULD GO. DICK GOSSER WAS VERY GOOD TO LOOK UP ALL DETAILS AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
