+ -1 moreDO NOT hire this man. In 8 months all he did is tear our house apart. He never obtained building permits or bought on stick of lumber but he kept asking for more money. We followed the CCB advise and told him we were "going in a different direction." We have recently found out that he is using a picture of our completed remodel, done by a different contractor, on his Facebook page as a house he remodeled. He is no longer has a license in Oregon so he is now working out of Vancouver, WA.
Description of Work: Mr. Geurin was suppose to remodel our home in Manzanita, OR. He did not complete the work because we removed him from the project.
