Ben did an amazing job! Ben is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to homes, the market, and buying strategy. Ben listened to what I wanted and was looking for. He never pushed me into liking a house to get the sale done. I was in contract on a house that eventually fell through due to inspection issues. If it wasn’t for Ben helping me get to the bottom of what was happening in the house, getting the right people to look at it, and asking the right questions I would have made a decision that would have resulted in unexpected large $$ repairs. Next time I need a Real Estate Agent I am definitely going with Ben again!

Ben was our realtor to purchase our second home and he is great! He's GENUINE, patient, trusting and accommodating. I really felt he had our best interest at heart and would give good advice even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear, like on a home I loved but it was overbuilt for the neighborhood and not a good investment. However, he was always supportive of any decision we made and then it became his and he represented what we wanted. I definitely felt we had a partnership. My first experience with a realtor was a pushy sales person who wanted her commission fast so my experience with Ben was way different and it was a great pleasure to work with him. So great that we had him sell our first home after we bought the second home! Ben and Genesis Realty did a great job on the photos and video of the house. Video was so beautiful that I watched it over a dozen times! He sold our house on the first day it went to market and over asking. When our home didn't appraise for the amount offered, he worked with the seller so that we both were happy with the outcome. Buying and selling homes is a big deal and it's great to have someone you can trust to do that with. Ben's that guy and you'll be happy having him by your side to go through the largest purchase of your life!

Due to a previous bad experience, I was hesitant when it came to choosing a realtor to sell my home.  I had randomly met Ben when looking at a home he was selling a year before and he was so very helpful and answered so many questions and got us a ton of information on the house and the area, even after we weren't able to buy that house.  I'm so glad I contacted him when it was time to finally sell my place. Ben helped my husband and I buy our first house in March of 2013. He was attentive and committed to helping us find the right house for us, never pressuring us to make an offer or see a house that was out of our price range or preferred area. We looked at about a dozen houses before we found the right one, which happened to be a short sale. It took about 6 months to close the sale and Ben was great at communicating updates and explaining what was happening, as it was a new process to us. Three years later he continues to check in on us to make sure we are happy. When we buy our second house we will absolutely hire Ben. We have already referred him to several friends and family who are just as happy.

Ben at Genesis Realty did a great job on a fairly complex purchase. There were many hoops to jump through make it all happen and he did a great job communicating and keeping up every step of the way. Couldn't recommend anyone more than Ben.

He recommend inspectors and types of inspections and tests. He also came to all of the inspection appointments. 

Ben was very involved throughout the entire purchase process, he assisted in reading documents like HOA finances and title commitments, and making sure we understood and got all the right documents.

He helped us with price analysis and value and work through a negotiating strategy.

Ben was the most supportive partner to help us through finding a house. It was our first time ever buying, and houses were going within days of being listed. We could barely get through the door of a listing fast enough before they stopped accepting offers. He really stopped and took the time to sit with us on multiple occasions to figure out what we wanted and explain the entire process to us. As newbies to the market it was so helpful to have someone available to ask questions about how different processes work and how to go about executing those steps involved. We've been in our house for 3 years now, and we absolutely love where we live. We can believe we were lucky enough to find this place - and we owe a lot of that to Ben.
