She’s personable. She had the best price. She comes to the home. She narrows down what you want before she comes. She doesn't have a broad basic showroom to go to. If you say you want shags, she’s going to bring shags apple for instance rather having you go and decide there. I would definitely use her again but I really don’t like that she doesn’t have a showroom because sometimes you don’t know what you want off hand. She has too much business and she can’t keep up.

They were great. They were really really good. The price was reasonable. She brought samples and we were able to pick out what we wanted. It all happened within a week from picking out to being installed, it was great. She did not try to sell me more then what I wanted, she was right on point with what I wanted. Very open, honest and direct.
