They fixed it right on the spot. The visit was enjoyable and communication and scheduling were both very good.

I have known Gary for a long time. Over the years he has repaired our heat pump, then installed a gas furnace and then more recently he installed a new air conditioner. Easy to talk to, comfortable to be around, knowledgeable about HVAC issues and very professional, I would hire him again in a second!

They seemed really good. We don't remember how much we spent on their services. They were punctual and knowledgeable. We would call them again. As a matter of fact we've kept their card on our desk. Their charges weren't cheap but it was worth it. We will use them again in the future.

We had a great deal of difficulty with scheduling because of the snow amounts this past week and the flooding in the area. Gary just took it in stride and stayed in touch until we could finally make our schedules work. (His, Mine, and Mother Nature’s)

Gary did an excellent job! He installed the furnace, made the mods to the roof and attic for the air intake and the chimney, added the humidifier, wrapped the furnace and ducts with insulation, tested the system, hauled the old furnace and all the debris away and cleaned the garage thoroughly. Gary has done other heating and A/C work for me and always does a great job. He is also very pleasant to work with.

They were on time with the quote and to the job. The job took about five hours and was done in a professional manner. The new installation looks ten times better than the old one. They secured pipes that were not done on the original installation when the house was built. Their work and price were excellent. This man (Gary) is a joy to do business with. I would recommend this company to all that are in need of this type of work. I give them a grade of AAA+.

Excellent, on time, showed up when said he would, cleaned up after job done. Old airconditioner died when doing other work, replaced existing right away.
