They have been caring for my yard for 4 years and do excellent work

We had used Freetime Landscape since 2009. For the first couple of years they provided very prompt and regular service and they were scheduled for a specific weekday every other week. However, their service became more erratic. They would skip weeks at a time before they would show up again. A coworker of mine who was also using their services had also noticed that they would sometimes be irregular about the days that they would show up.
Finally, they just stopped showing up altogether. They never answered their phone, they never returned voice-mail messages. Only after submitting an inquiry through their website on why we were dropped from their schedule did we eventually receive an email several days later saying that they were done with us due to a and quot;billingand quot; issue. First, we had never gotten any correspondence from them that there was any discrepancy on billing.
Their email claimed they were getting paid too late for their services, however every bill we had ever received from them was paid in full inside the month that they billed us. We had never received any complaint thus far, and if there was any perceived issue with billing on their end, common courtesy would demand at least some sort of notification to the customer before just cancelling service. That was very unprofessional on their part.
We found another landscaper who would do even more work (which would include trimming our bushes, something Freetime never did), and more frequently (weekly instead of biweekly), and take care of broad-leaf weeds in our lawn (something Freetime never would do) including fertilizing our lawn. Essentially double the maintenance frequency for only $20 more per month, which is a much much better deal.

We are very pleased with the service and our lawn and yard are looking better than ever. The price they charged for the services was very reasonable and fair.

I have used him this company before and they are always very responsive and helpful Price is also very reasonable and the quality of work is high.

I HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY WORK FOR ME FOR A LONG TIME. THE OWNER IS NICE AND VERY EXPERIENCED. ANY QUESTIONS, JUST NEED TO CALL AND THEY WILL ANSWER ALL. IF THEY CANNOT DO THEY WILL REFER YOU TO SOMEONE.
