"In my defense, I was originally working for the seller that [removed member name] bought the house from. At that time[removed member name] asked if I could do some additional work. We agreed on a hourly rate. There were items on list that I would not be able to help him with and he didn't like to hear that. When I was done doing the work that I could for him, he decided what he would pay for service I gave him, not what we had agreed upon."
