Nathan was very responsible and professional. He provided a detailed written estimate and performed the work very well. Plan to use him again in spring.

Flowers Yard Work  show up on time to do yard work. I had to run my Mother around so I was not home at the time of work. After returning home my Mother and I noticed weeds in the most exposed area driveway and small area on both sides of driveway. I called  Nathan back  after a few days and he was very  unprofessional in emails and asked for $30.00 for hauling. I told him that there was no reason   that I should pay for hauling because he never mentioned  it at the time of agreement nor did he contact me to pay for hauling but after I called and informed him that  he need to finish work by removing the weeds. The email text were total unprofessional. Using words :" Hounding", Stating I was ridiculous and unappreciative"  "HaHa" _first work in response)
Bottom Line. Yes, yard looked better but was not complete to my satisfaction by leaving so many weeds by driveway.
Customer Satisfaction isn't a goal in his business. If everything is fine then you will get along ... but if you feel he needs to be more complete in his work. Good luck.  I have learned that handing a check over  before  they start and then leaving during the work doesn't work well if your not familiar with quality of their work.  Also have agreement at start of work as to if hauling was included in bid.
Response from Flowers Yard Work
"[member name removed] called me and set up a appointment for service. When we arrived to clean up her yard she told us that she had to leave. I went over with her what she wanted done before she left. I explained to her that we would be trimming, picked up debris, then weeding the big weeds, and spraying the smaller weeds to save time and money. Me and my employee explain that is would that 1-2 weeks for the spray to kill the smaller weeds and she said that she was fine with that. She even paid $10 for a gallon of round up that I provided. I classified that we where only scheduled to be there for 4 hours and with the amount of tasks, plants, and weeds she has we can make is look a lot better but not 100% perfect in the time frame (reason for spraying again). She said " do as much as you guys can and don't stop if you go over what I paid you". She left and we Trimmed quickly and well every plant on her property(a good amount), raked up and put debris in truck for hauling, weeded thousands for weeds, and sprayed. We worked about 30min over the 4 hours she paid us for. We both agreed that the yard looked so much better than before and a neighbor that was out for a run said it looked good too. [member name removed] emailed me the same day saying that her yard looks a lot better but there are still some small weeds. I informed her again that the spray would take 1-2 weeks to kill the smaller weeds. she said that she was not pleased so I informed her that I took $30 worth of debris and said "i will take the hit on the $30 debris haul" because i didn't inform her. I guess hauling the debris for free didn't please her either. I really don't know what would please her. We only had 5 minutes to go over 4+hours of work for 2 people and i just took the hit for not getting in the debris haul fee in that time. In my opinion she got about $300 worth of work done(average rate) for $150 "First time customer discount". I worked for a few of her neighbors many times. They always complimented me on my work. Only bad review."
