The person they sent to cut and lay the sub flooring in the home did an absolute HORRIBLE job. There was no prep work done to protect the home from all the sawdust. The carpenter did not have the necessary tools to prevent sawdust from going throughout the home. They ended up sending a cleaning company (2) days after their contractor made a mess of our home. A week later they sent a countertop person out to replace our countertops. After asking their contractor not to slam our front door going in and out of our home, he proceeded to throw a temper tantrum out front of our home for our neighbors to see and hear. He ended up leaving the job, sink unhooked. They did not send another countertop installer for (2) weeks. New countertop person comes out, and proceeds to repeat the same mistakes as the carpenter who did the sub flooring. After spending a day in our home, we have (1) new countertop in place, sawdust covering everything in our kitchen, my garage is covered in sawdust as well because the installer felt it was appropriate to make cuts in the garage. We live in a HOA community and our back alley way has sawdust everywhere. Would never recommend using the contractors this company contracts through. They're completely unprofessional and have 0 regard for your personal property.

they came and did the job in a day, working with the tenant moving furniture and transitioning the install. Wonderful customer service.

We contracted with Floors with Flair to install tiles we had purchased from their store. We have done business with their store before and decided to check with them on the installation this time as well. We had already purchased the tile but not the grout and other materials so the job was mainly for labor and some materials. We also received a couple competing bids for sanity check and Floors with Flair was very competitive and was a far more complete bid. The Floors with Flair bid included materials for the same price from others without materials. The end result was excellent. We were originally going to do the installation ourselves but the complexity of this job prompted us to hire it out and it was a great decision. The end result looks better than we had hoped. The entire process was very professional starting with the estimation. The gentleman who came to size up the job was very polite, professional and took into consideration several style considerations we had not thought about which ultimately improved the end result without adding cost. The installation team was very professional. The job was on the second floor and they laid floor coverings all the way to through the house. I felt very comfortable having them in the house and they thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. I highly recommend this store and now their installation services as well.

All work was performed in a professional manner and done in less time than I allowed for. I am extremely happy with the work and the floors look fabulous! In fact the rooms looked so great I decided I had to redo the floor in the laundry room as well using a stone laminate. Now the whole downstairs looks completely updated and beautiful.

They were extremely helpful about giving ideas. They had a huge variety and they were courteous, professional as well. They were very prompt and they recognized you right away and responded appropriately.

Project started with researching various products.  Decided on laminate or vinyl laminate.  Based on great reviews and earlier experience, we visited the showroom.  Karen was very helpful in showing us various products, discussing our environment and needs, and giving us a couple of suggestions to help with the decision process.  Went home and research specific products and then returned to the warehouse with one of our kitchen cabinet pieces to help with the color choices.  Again, Karen was extremely helpful.  After my husband and I selected several different shades and patterns, we discussed our options with Karen.  She came up with a combination that we had not considered and we loved it.  We ended up with a pattern that looks like wood planks for the family room/den and a marble looking tile pattern for the kitchen.  The family room and kitchen are connected so we needed to make sure there was not going to be a bad contrast and yet did not necessarily want the same thing in both rooms.  Decided to use the kitchen pattern in the two bathrooms as well.  Gary came out and did the measuring.  Called afterwards to discuss the how the pattern of the planks should be laid out.  He was very patient in explaining how the patterns would like where they met.  The job was scheduled to be done in 3 days.  The guys showed up quite promptly and got right to work.  The old carpet was pulled up and refrigerator moved out .  New flooring was put down in the kitchen and family room on day one.  Refrigerator returned to the kitchen.  Next day was both the bathrooms.  The guys pulled off the toilets, laid the tile, and reinstalled the toilets with new wax rings.  The wax rings were incorrect or faulty so they drove into town to get the proper equipment.  The job was completed that same day.  The clean up was wonderful, the guys were very friendly and efficient.  Talked to the office with some questions on proper cleaning and maintenance and again received great service.  We were told exactly what we needed to properly care for the new flooring.  Would definitely use these folks again!!

On time. Quickly, efficiently, with respect for household. Removed old carpet. Cleaned up. Just as impressed this time as when we had the same company do our living room carpet several years ago.

We went to the showroom first to pick out carpet and new padding, and schedule an estimate to figure out the total cost. They were very helpful in the showroom and worked with us and our budget.
They came out to our house a few days later to measure everything and figure out what we needed. At this point we told them up front that we needed to have some sub floor replaced in the hallway and the stair landing. We were told this wouldn't be a problem. Since the downstairs of our house is split into two distinct areas, area 1 (including sub floor repair) would be done as a first step. Then we would move everything back and they would come back a few days later to do area 2.
We got the quote in e-mail (which included all the work including the sub floor repair) then dropped off the deposit to get work started.
We got a phone call to schedule the work - and went through everything that had to be done. We agreed that area 1 would be done, and the sub floor work would be done at the same time. Then a few days later they would come back and do area 2.
The first day the carpet guys showed up on time and got to work. Eventually they asked me when the sub floor guy was going to show up and get started. Since I didn't know they had to call their office. The person who set all of this up - who talked to me the day before the work was supposed to start - messed up and didn't schedule the sub floor repair.
So - the carpet guys finished most of area 1, leaving the hallway / stairs / landing not done. Later that afternoon the sub floor guy came over to do the work. And explained they never called him to tell him he had to do this work. He was very nice and did a great job. It's not his fault the person who schedules their work messed up.
SO... we had a bare hallway / stairs / landing Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun - because the lady who scheduled this messed up. In fact she didn't call me to tell me when the carpet guys would be back to finish area 1. Eventually I had to call and leave a message for her to call me. The result - they could not be out until Monday unless she pulled them off another job - which left us who bare floors for 4 days.
Monday - the carpet guys showed up early and fixed area 2 / the hallway / stairs / landing - and fixed a small bit from area 1 around the fireplace.
The guys who installed the carpet were fantastic. The guy who fixed the sub floor was fantastic. The lady who messed up our scheduling ... I have issues with.
Going forward we do plan on using this company again - but before any work starts I want the schedule written out ahead of time. Including dates of when everything will be done and who will be there.
The issues with scheduling is why they got a B in Punctuality. Had it not been for that - I would have given them A's everywhere.

They are absolutely excellent people. You don't have to worry about your furniture being banged up with them. The prices are very reasonable. They are extremely professional and always go above and beyond. They are prompt. Worth every penny. There was a mix up on the price and they went with my price over their own. They didn't question my integrity or anything, they just went with it.

They were very helpful from when we visited the showroom to pick out the new flooring and carpet all the way through installing it. Made it all easy and worry free.

The two guys they sent were superb. I hardly knew they were here and they were extremely fast. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They were very experienced (Bob and Brian)

Karen was a great help in picking flooring style and color for our main family bathroom. Chose a longer-lasting vinyl by Armstrong. It was in the Oracle Taloga Plus line and has a rich look, almost like stone. A little higher price, but also felt it would be more durable as this room is heavily used. Chris took the measurements and explained the steps he needed done to the room before he could install the flooring. He clarified by phone and email with my husband as we needed to strip the old floor and put in a new pressboard.
The install went really smoothly and the installer was a great guy. His work was excellent. It was one of those moments where you think and quot;every remodeling job should be like this.and quot;

Was in their showroom on Saturday and Chris came out on Monday morning to give me a quote. He listened to my requests, concerns and special needs then got back to me on Tuesday with a quote. They came out as scheduled (on time) to install the flooring, removed old carpet, removed and reinstalled base boards plus repaired a two tiles in an adjoining room. They came prepared with grout for the tile work and installers knew exactly what needed to be done. I used to own a small service business and have high standards for quality service and they certainly lived up to my expectations. I'll certainly use them again.

It was a positive experience. They get all A's from me and I will use them again in the future.

We wanted to use a local company and one specializing in flooring. Everyone at Floors with Flair was very helpful. We borrowed sample books and talked with them about the quality of our possible selections. They seemed genuinely interested in us and our satisfaction. The flooring had to be ordered. The afternoon before the install date they called to say it hadn't come in but should be in soon. The next morning they called to say it had just come in and would be installed that afternoon. Brian did an efficient and professional installation job. (And had given up his afternoon off to do our floor.) We're very pleased with the results.

A wonderful experience. We liked purchasing from a local company, using local employees, and working with exceptional people.

Chris Compton, who I believe is an owner, did the estimate and was easy to work with. Installation was completed as promised. The ugly old carpet was hauled away and baseboards were carefully installed. Questions and problems were dealt with in a very professional manner.

Overall, we are satisfied customers and will use Floors with Flair for future flooring projects. Chris, the owner, once aware of our situation, took the lead on our order and followed it through to completion with professionalism and creativity. However, our experience was not smooth from beginning to end, mainly due to issues with the manufacturer of the flooring we chose. We chose and ordered laminate flooring for the entire first floor of our home in mid-July. In August, the flooring arrived without the trim. After a series of phone calls and check-ins with Floors with Flair, we were finally told to expect our trim the 3rd week of September. When we called to check at the end of the 3rd week in September, there was still no sign of the trim and the sales representative didn't know when we could expect it. Finally, we spoke with the owner, Chris, and expressed our frustration. He took over the order from then on, coming up with creative solutions as the manufacturer had decided to stop making trim to match our flooring. He had our trim custom made, and compensated us for all of the trouble. In the end, we received our laminate flooring, quality, custom-made trim, and great customer service.

Quality of the work was stellar as was my initial interaction with the project manager -- very professional and friendly in person and very flexible in scheduling the work over a long weekend when we had planned to be out of town anyway. After work was scheduled, had to follow-up a few times to get my questions answered, and we received an unapologetic call from someone before 7am in the morning asking when they could drop-off the wood. After job completion, a couple minor hiccups (took awhile to get our key back and have the toilet reinstalled). Overall though a very positive experience and terrific result - I'd give the job/company an "A minus" instead of a "B" if it were an option.

They rendered excellent services. They were very co-operative, helpful and polite. My sister got these carpets installed. They seemed fine. I will surely use their services in future.
