Fivecoat Roofing has been serving the Portland Metro area for over 30 years. Owner David Bromagem has been roofing houses since his teens. With the help of his wife Sherri, they have grown Fivecoat Roofing into one of the most reputable roofing companies in the area. We are a small family owned business that prides itself on how we serve our customers.

Dave and crew were excellent in all regards. Fivecoat uses a marketing company
that lied to me and attempted several ripoffs. Dave explained the facts to them,
after the marketing company owner brushed me off.

Very poor at communicating from the start. Didn't return phone calls, etc. The work was completed in two days. The crew failed to remove debris adequately, damaged an electrical outlet, and when we indicated we were unhappy with the job and had some concerns about the manner in which it was completed, very little effort was made to communicate or address our concerns. Four months later we have a leak in the roof and when we tried to call, no response came via phone. One day we came home and a business card was stuck in the door. Still haven't heard from them...Customer service is not their strong point.
