Ferrell Gas

Ferrell Gas are very pleasant, very punctual, and their price is good. They are very professional and I was happy with their work. I would give them As straight across.

When I called the first lady I spoke with was very nice and was able to answer all my questions. One of my main ones was would I be able to have a "Wet Leg" on this tank to be able to fill smaller cylinders with? I was told that since I was in an agricultural zone that would not be an issue, they do not allow that in residential settings. We set up an appointment for the install. A day or two later they called to ask if they could move up the install time, I spoke to someone else at the office. I once again wanted to confirm that they would be bringing the right equipment out. This lady was very rude and nasty, and told me flat out that they simply did not do that under any circumstances, even if I was agricultural. I was very put off by this lady, but decided to wait to talk to the tech who would be bringing out the tank. The Tech arrived with the tank and it was set up as I had requested. He simply could not understand why she would say something like that as they do it all the time and I was clearly in a agricultural zone. In the end I got what I wanted, but I was VERY put off by the arrogance and ignorance of this one woman in their office.
