Family fitness repair

I bought a used Stairmaster step climber, got it home, plugged it in and whoa, wouldn't power up. Tried multiple times to no avail. Called Francis who came to my house a few days later on Saturday as planned. He is like a fitness equipment angel delivered from heaven. Not only did he spot and fix the problem on my Stairmaster, he tightened the chain on my spin bike for no extra charge. Not finished yet, he followed up to ensure I received an electronic copy of the technical manual for my Stairmaster. Great service, reasonable price, highly recommended.

It was a great experience - Francis is amazing, we had to reschedule a couple of times, but since we are working from home it didn't matter. Francis had to make 3 trips - first time to diagnose (and I ordered the wrong part), second time to install the belt and third to install the front shaft that broke. It took a few months over the holidays and scheduling issues.. but it all worked out and I am really happy. that my treadmill is working again. Thank you again Francis for your help.

I had received a 10 year old treadmill recently but I couldn't use it since it was in pretty bad shape. I actually thought I might have to buy a new one. Before I did, I wanted to see if it could be repaired which is why I reached out to Family Fitness Repair. Francis quickly responded to my inquiry and was able to do an initial inspection within a few days. He determined my treadmill was fixable! Francis then did all the research for the parts that I needed and recommended which ones to purchase. After the parts arrived, I had Francis come back and install them. He was very through during both the inspection and the install and he also explained everything that he was doing as well as coached me on how to take care of the treadmill for the future. The cost of the inspection, install, and parts were WAY less than having to buy a new treadmill. I would HIGHLY recommend Family Fitness Repair for any gym equipment issues or maintenance that you may have.

The individual was knowledgeable--his regular job was maintaining gym clubs equipment. He let me know what he was checking. I learned a lot about my machine.

Great work 2 others companies came out with " need new treadmill" Francis came out $135 part and fixed. In total 285 total to fix!! Alot cheaper than new treadmill!
