We've used Exodus Pest Control for more than five years and every time they visit we are 100% satisfied. Every Spring we notice a few small ants in and around the house so we immediately call Exodus and they take care of our issue every time. I love that they use very safe, non-toxic solutions that are OK to use around our dogs (and us humans). Our technician, Michael is very knowledgeable, polite, and eager to answer any questions we have. Great service-great company!

I thought the price was a bit steep (I have a guest house a few feet from my home so I was charged for two homes - 3000 sq ft. Total) but I saw the mice so I didn’t feel like shopping until they lose their fear of people... It should be said that Exodus came out several times until there was no sign of any pests we treated for and they did add for no charge, wasp/yellow jacket remediation. The quality of their work has always been 1st rate. In addition to having the skill on where to apply the specific treatments, the folks who came out knew about pest behavior and gave me some important tips on helping to prevent a comeback in the spring. I’m really happy with their work and I intend to do a monthly plan with them.

Brian serviced our home to remove mice and prevent their return several years ago. His team came out again to inspect and thankfully we remain mouse free! Brian has also assisted in a bee hive removal over the years. This company is prompt, friendly, and gets the job done. Exodus will always be my first call for all our pest needs!

Very good. The company came out promptly and treated the problem, they actually had to come back 3 times as the ants were pretty invasive this year. They do up to three treatments at no extra charge.

The initial fee covered three visits, two weeks apart. That did the trick. We have been ant-free since then.

Exodus planted 3 traps & returned 3 times to check on them. After the third visit & no activity we are pleased to be "rat free".

Micheal the technician was very polite and good at what he does. This service is 2 month service that Micheal will come to check in the crawl space every other two weeks.

We are very happy with Brian and his crew. The schedule with the tenants in a timely manner, give great advice to maintain or prevent whatever pest is there, block entrances, spray, knock down webbing or nests. They also offer a warranty and stand behind their work!

Brian, the owner, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I contacted him. He listened to my concerns about the previous experience I'd had and I felt he was genuinely committed to helping me resolve our pest situation -as hesitant as I was at that point, spending more money and trusting someone again. The two young men that came out (Michael & Harry) -arrived early, were very respectful of our home (little things like closing the door behind them, wearing show covers and even making sure my dog didn't get out) -they were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about how and why they were doing what they were. They've been back several times since, and each time their service and presentation has never been less than 100%! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs this service - they are reasonably priced, thorough, respectful and professional.

To date, we've seen no sign of return.

Started out great. Then a couple of years later the service wasn't quite as good. Guessing it was small company growth. I get it. We got the junior employee rather than the owner. Not the same attention to detail. It also got increasingly harder to get them scheduled. Generally had a call a couple of times. I started having to point out possible areas of entry that could be blocked rather than them doing it. More recently they just stopped returning our calls. We've somehow become invisible. I can hire somebody else (and will), but it's going to cost me another initial service call fee, likely $300 because Exodus seems to have decided not to provide service to us. And I'm fine with a business changing priorities. But at least a return call to tell us they don't service our area, or they stopped doing residential work, or something. Anything would have been helpful.

Exodus came and did the treatment right then. I would call them again without question.

It worked out terrific! I used them in the past as well and will highly recommend them.

Excellent communication. Service technician was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did a great job treating interior and exterior of home for house ants and checking crawlspace and securing loose screens.

I have had to outstanding appointments with these guys. Bryan is goes out of his way with the customers. I called wanted to get my crawl inspected, as we just moved into the house. The technician came and went down there. He patched up the a crawl vent and checked in another area. He was detailed. I called Bryan with shock - as he didn't charge me, as he called it a free home inspection. Months later I called for an inspection in the attic. Same thing...Bryan said no charge unless there is an issue. I had to tip the guy a decent amount as a I felt bad. This is how you run a business. If I ever have an issue this is who I'm going to call. 

prompt response, good follow-up Used glue traps, which some people including me consider cruel. Fortunately, they did not catch any mice. We caught 8 mice using more humane methods before people from Exodus pest control arrived.
