I had a desktop PC that I wanted setup in my new office. He upgraded my Windows to a newer version. Wireless keyboard and mouse setup as well.

It only took him a few minutes to accomplish this. He was a very polite and professional young man. I am a senior and am new to using computers so he also gave me several tips on how to use my computer and since I am on a fixed income I was very grateful for his reasonable rates.
