Elite Granite & Marble

It looks great. We love it. They are close to my workplace and they have good reviews. They are responsive and easy to work with. They were helpful with lots of information. They had a good price and were really knowledgeable. They had very good suggestions and the process went smoothly.

They were great! We had some issues that wasn't their fault. They, themselves, were timely and helpful. Paul was fabulous! He did the actual installation and measurements.

They put in some countertops on our island. They did an excellent job. The price was comparable to other estimates. They came in and were very quick and clean. They were fairly responsive on phone. Most importantly it looks great!

We went with Elite because of the fast turnaround from tearout of old counter to new one getting installed.  They have a subcontractor (Mitch) they trust and have worked with for years who can do the proper measuring before the old is torn out. Most fabricators won't let you do this so you're stuck with a torn up space for 2 weeks while they are cutting and finishing the slab. 

We wanted to extend our breakfast bar out a little farther and round it out, and Mitch came up with an idea of putting steel bars into the subcounter to support the weight instead of having to install extra gables.  SO happy with how it turned out.  Very impressed.

They showed up every day on time, put cardboard on the hardwoods to keep from scratching them up, installed our new stovetop and sink/faucet with care, and even had us consider installing a garbage disposal countertop push-button instead of using the switch on the wall which we bought in advance and he installed for us. 

They had to grind down some of the small tiles used in the custom backsplash design behind the stove so they were flush with another tile I picked out (what a pain for them I imagine, but they didn't complain or roll eyes a bit when I'd ask for this one a little more, or replace another one because it's color didn't flow as well). The backsplash tilework turned out perfect, and they sealed it twice because I wanted the darker look. 

Elite's pricing was a little bit more than the other 2 quotes we had gotten, but they were responsive, and again, the whole quick install turnaround and only being without my kitchen & sink for 2 days was fine with me to pay a little more. 

We were pleased. They made one goof up and they were embarrased by it but they told me how to fix it and it works fine. The guy who came out was very patient. They did an awesome job. My wife has a special double edge on the island and different edges at two other places and there was no nickel and diming to death with it while places like Home Depot were trying to charge us a lot more for special edging. They worked with me on getting the edging right and they made sure it got done the way it needed to be done. It made the shopping experience more pleasant. They did a whole lot better job than what anyone else would have done.

They were very easy to work with. They were very responsive. They let me lay out the template ahead time. The communication was excellent even with last minute changes. The customer service was great.

They got the work done in a timely manner. They were easy to work with and understood what we wanted. I would advise others, that if you are going to have fixtures installed to make sure that they know the exact placement of them.

Wonderful, this was the best bid I received and the quality of the granite was superior!
