We had used Direct Labor before. I had two projects to do in my yard that needed someone with some strength. I called late the night before, expecting to get a recording, but instead I talked to an answering service and within 1/2 hour a representative from Direct Labor was calling me back. She was very helpful and pleasant and went out of her way to find me the right person. Armando Rojas showed up on time the next morning. Armando dug a deep hole in very hard, rocky dirt, to fit my exact dimensions, with perfectly straight sides and bottom. I was impressed. Then we worked side by side for several hours doing sheet mulching, laying out sheets of paper and cardboard over weeds and then covering the paper with wood chips from the big pile in my driveway. Altogether it was 6.5 hours. Armando worked very hard and intelligently. He had a good attitude and I felt I could trust him. It was a great experience. We have had mostly great experiences with them.
