He has always diagnosed my car problems correctly. He is always very thorough in checking everything out with my vehicles. His prices are ridiculously low. Zach always goes above and beyond. He even took me home one day and also picked me up from home to get my car, and I live about 20 minutes from the shop. He is a very honest and kind human being. Zach does phenomenal work, and I never have to question anything that he does. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, then you need to go to Zach. I have actually sent many friends to him and they are always very thankful for the referral. Zach doesn't just work on Subaru, he works on all cars. Zach is always very punctual, professional and friendly as well.

Everything went fine and they were good. Before they did any repairs they took me back into the shop and showed me what was wrong with the vehicle. I was happy with them and will use them again in the future.

They did a very good job. I had called them because of Angie's List and we were comparing their pricing with what the dealer had suggested, but also what they wanted done. From what we could tell, they did a good job and were significantly less expensive than the dealer.

I used them as I got some favorable reviews online. They did a good job with the car. They took the car when they said they would and finished the work that day itself. They also checked out the other parts of the car even though I hadn’t asked them to do that. They noticed that few things were wearing out and recommended that they be replaced. I was not charged for that extra service. They were reasonably priced too. I was happy with the work that they did.

I usually do all of my own maintenance and repair. I have built several custom cars and am an engineer. Subaru bearings are very finicky and require special tools. I decided to go to someone with the expertice in doing this so that it would be right. One place quoted me at $465. When I saw that they were charging me twice as much for the boot as I could get it from another company, I went elsewhere. Dicks got me in, did the job quickly, and even checked the fluids. Their price was fair and so far, the work seems good.
