What I liked about Diane is that she is the most honest, ethical, well informed and the most pleasant person to work with. Always kept me in the loop, always prompt and came thru with all of her commitments. She walked me thru each step of the paper process, when repairs needed to be done to the home helped me with that process and even contacted the company to get things done when I was too busy.
She went with me to the title company in case there were any questions. Literally, she held my hand thru the whole process and that was greatly appreciated. In all of my years with buying and selling homes, this one was by far the easiest and most pleasant because of the impressive quality of Diane's expertise.
