Concord Piano

Taylor did an excellent job tuning our piano. He was friendly and very professional. We'll definitely call him next time we need a piano tuning.

Taylor (and occasionally his wife, Julie) have tuned our baby grand Knabe piano twice a year for the past 6+ years. The piano always sounds great when he's done with it. He meticulously works over the piano for a couple hours every time he comes out even when it has held its tune well. He arrives on time and brings everything he needs with him. He replaced the felts on our piano last spring and the action is dramatically improved. He has a very pleasant manner, offers improvements when he notes that something isn't working as optimally as it could, but is not pushy about selling services or products. He's knowledgeable about our piano and has actually educated us about the company in Korea who took over production of this brand. He provides a reasonably-priced, environmentally-friendly humidity control product which helps maintain the piano in our climate. We'll continue to use the services of Concord PIano in the future.

The experience was a very positive experience.

Julie McKinnon did the tuning. There were a few octaves that were off and I asked her to fix those. She did spend extra time, but it was not an A-standard tuning job at the end.

My piano had not been tuned for 8 years or more, and had been moved across country twice. It was badly in need of a tune! Julie did a great job of tuning it, raising the pitch, fixing a couple of other piano foibles. She gave me some much-appreciated advice about keeping the piano in good shape. I was very satisfied with the work.

It went very well. My call was returned quickly and the appointment was kept. The worker was knowledgeable and did a world of good to our piano.

She was very prompt, pleasant and friendly. She worked efficiently and quickly and did an excellent job. The piano sounds wonderful. She had good things to say about the piano person who took care of it for us in our previous home.

MR. MACKINNON WAS ABLE TO COME TO MY HOME IN LESS THAN A WEEK. HE WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND MADE SUGGESTIONS THAT WOULD KEEP OUR PIANO IN TUNE LONGER.

I CALLED ABOUT THE TUNING, THEY RETURNED MY CALL AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT ON A CONVENIENT DATE AND TIME. THE TUNER WAS PLEASANT AND PERSONABLE AND PROMPTLY GOT BUSY. THE PIANO SOUNDED GREAT WHEN DONE.
