Brad Claybaugh did 100% of the work on the custom storage closet at the end of our hall and he did most of the work on our bathrooms but he contracted out some of the specialty work like the tile work and plumbing. Brad not only did a great job carrying out the work but he also was extremely helpful as we designed the layout of our bathrooms and closet. He was professional, punctual, honest and extremely through. He did a great job keeping our house orderly throughout the remodel and did an excellent job cleaning up each day and after the work was completed. We have a friend who had been a carpenter and contractor for 30+ years and he said that the work Brad did was excellent on both our bathrooms (our friend is now retired and he has not yet seen our closet). I would recommend Claybaugh Repair and Remodel to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship.

We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and honesty on timelines. He made some suggestions on the styling of our bathrooms and we love how they both turned out.  He gave us various choices and the prices that went along with each.  I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to remodel their home. In addition, he did an excellent job cleaning up as the work was being performed.

Claybaugh Repair and Remodel gave us an estimate and was contracted to do the work we asked specified. He was also given a rather tight time frame, of course, we wanted it done before the holidays. Bradd managed to get the sheetrock contractor on board, get the work done on time and in a quality manner. He also got the wall repaired and the tub dealt with - unfortunately, it could not be adequately repaired to eliminate the squeak entirely, but it is reduced - and managed the project in a very professional and timely manner. Bradd is pleasant, does his work in a professional manner, and committs everything to paper for everyone's protection - I appreciated this especially, it eliminated any chance of a and quot;surpriseand quot; when the project concluded.
We had emptied our house into a PODS unit and were living in a hotel for the two weeks it took to do all the work we had scheduled, so we appreciated the efforts Bradd took to keep our project on schedule.
Because Bradd knew the painter we had hired, it was easy for them to coordinate efforts to avoid conflicts.
After the floors were installed, not his responsibility, he returned to reinstall lighting and to install new closet doors throughout the house. He also rehung doors I , or the painter, had removed during moving furniture and while painting the house.
All in all, we had a couple of small change orders, at our request, and the job was done on time and for the amount agreed upon. Bradd is a nice person, great worker, conscientious contractor and does quality work at a fair price. When I have further projects to do - and I'm already planning for the summer - I will call Claybaugh Repair and Remodel Inc.

Project lasted nine weeks, which I thought was long. Bradd's attention to detail is outstanding, the floors look great and put down wonderfully. Very happy with results.

He does fabulous work! He is a perfectionist, very detail-orientated. He goes above and beyond with his customer service compared to other companies that I've dealt with. He's on time, professional, thorough, and presents himself very well. He has a good attitude and the willingness to do whatever it takes. I'm very happy with his services!
