The initial repair for this was on October 11th, since then my vehicle has been back to them 7 times (twice it had to be towed in) for a coolant leak and the last time they had to replace the headgasket again. My vehicle still has a coolant leak, has no power now, and has all kinds of noises from the engine which were not there prior to the initial repair. The customer service is very poor, the owner tries to make a joke out of everything and I am needing to take my vehicle to another shop to have the vehicle repaired again.

After having purchased a used 1999 RV it experienced problems just driving into Hillsboro after a four hour drive home from its first trip.  With the leaking pink fluid, rough performance, smoke and smell it seemed like a major transmission problem even though there were low miles on the RV.  We found Chaz online and had it towed there after hours after speaking them on the phone during the afternoon.  They were exceptional both in their work and communication.  We are so happy this was not a major issue and it would have been easy for a shop to charge far more.  They found the problem in a dislodged transmission coolant line, topped off the transmission fluid and added a performance additive.  They have a customer for life.

Had noise under hood, other's had looked and didn't know what it was. They found that it was the alternator. As it was close to my 60,000 mile checkup I had them replace the belt, when they had it all apart. Good job done.
