THE COVERED ARENA: Professional bid provided. Estimated start date given. Started within 10 days of start date with excellent communication. Work completed with impressive results - excellent quality. All work was done as promised. My gates were not in when work was being done ( my fault). Gabe sent a crew when they were back in my area to hang the gates at a later time. Great job!
THE SHOP: Gabe was very patient and responsive to multiple changes in size and design while considering bids. We got 3 bids. Gabe's was very nearly the same as the other 2 (slightly higher) with more thought and suggestions than the other 2 bids. He also had slightly higher quality materials and amenities when the bid details were obtained. He started within a week of estimated start date and kept me well informed regarding progress. Job was completed within 10 days of estimated finish (delayed by late shipment of the doors that I was notified of). The shop is 48x48 with 4 roll up doors, cement floor, and conduit for water and electric. Super nice completed job.
