 + -1 moreI ended up taking this man to small claims court. Charged me $1,100 just to spray my rock yard and never came back and cleaned anything up.. I had dead grass and weeds insideamongst my rock area. I do not have a lawn. Two guys came and sprayed and it cost me $1,100!
Description of Work: At first you quoted me $1,600 I have a medium sized front yard and the same size side yard. But it's all rock with plants. I needed the weeds and the grass to be pulled. I hired him at $1,100 to weed my rock area and pull out all the grass. You showed up the next morning, with two other workers, they sprayed my two yards and left. They ended up killing a couple of my plants, two rose bushes, Azalea and ferns. They never came back and I had dead grass and dead weeds and dead plants left in my yard. And it cost me $1,100. I continually called him he ignored my calls. I ended up taking him to small claims court.

 + -1 moreRuben and his crew were fast, efficient, and very courteous. They did an amazing job taking encroaching blackberries, a very determined fig tree, rotten banana tree, numerous dead weeds and turning it all into an inviting space. The sadly overgrown hydrangeas were pruned back and their crowded bed weeded. The hedge that I had tried to fix after roof repair damaged it was reshaped and tidied up beautifully. They raked, pulled weeds around my fence and even blew all the leaves off the deck! I had just told my husband that I had planned to sweep the deck after they left, not expecting that to be included, since we had never discussed it during our quote. Outstanding! I was so happy with the transformation that I nearly cried. An incredible burden has been lifted from my mind and my home is once again a welcoming sanctuary instead of an eyesore and daily reminder of tasks needing to be done. Thank you, Arredondo Landscape! Oh! And, the turn around time! Booked last Tuesday and completed by 11am Sunday! In less than two hours they had arrived, worked their magic, and moved on to make the next home beautiful. Fantastic! Will definitely hire again when it's time to prepare for spring. Five stars, two thumbs up! :D
