Antique and Jewelry Appraisal
THE TWO RINGS WERE RETURNED SIZED PERFECTLY AND WITHIN THE TIME ESTIMATED. THEY WERE ALSO CLEANED AND BEAUTIFUL! THE OTHER TWO ITEMS WERE EXAMINED AND APPROXIMATE VALUE WAS GIVEN AT THE TIME I WENT IN TO DROP OFF THE RINGS FOR SIZING. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE AND THE FACT THAT I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE EXAMINATION.

Clock Repair
THE JEWELER WANTED TO DO ULTRASONIC CLEANING OF THE PARTS. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE, BUT THE REPAIR/CLEANING WAS HIGHER THAN I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR A LESS THAN SPECTACULAR CLOCK. THE ESTIMATE COST $25, UP FRONT. I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP THE CLOCK AFTER SEVERAL DAYS, BECAUSE IT WAS AT A SEPARATE FACILITY.
