ALLTRONICS

Very well. Alltronics diagnosed the problem and helped me determine if it was cost effective to repair the television based on the cost. It did seem cost effective to get the repair work done. The work was done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service and the time it took to complete the job. I will recommend Alltronics to others.

Different options were discussed & Alltronics worked with me on my budget to the best of their ability.

I must admit I was impressed at how quickly he responded. I called about 3:00 pm. on Fri. and he said he would be out about 5:30 pm. which he did. He worked on it and then came back a few days later with some parts and worked on it again. He still couldn't get it to work so he took it to his shop. He called a few days later to say it needed a new picture tube and it was old enough that he feel it was worth the price, however he had a used TV I could buy. He was very pleasant to work with very quick to respond, but I also miss my old TV.

The TV would have lines on the screens when we turned it on.  By giggling the cables, we could sometimes get the lines to disappear. We asked Alltronics to check the TV to see if there were damaged parts that needed to be replaced.  We took the TV to their Hillsboro location on December 13th and left it with them.  They called us on Tuesday, December 16th and said they could find nothing wrong with it after having it on for at least 2 days.  
I suggested they turn it on and see if the lines appeared.  Turn it off and then turn it on again and suggested they do this several times.  I also took them some of the additional Direct TV plug-ins that we had and suggested they try them to see if they might be the problem.  
On December 20th, they had not been able to replicate the problem with lines on the screen.  I picked up the TV and the technician suggested that I hook up the TV without all the additional equipment to see if it worked okay.  Then add the additional plug-ins one at a time to see if the lines appeared.
My son and I hooked up the TV at home.  The picture seemed better than usual and I've only seen the lines once and they went away within seconds.  
Alltronics only charged us the original $40.00 and loaded the TV in our car for us.  I definitely will use Alltronics again for TV repair or any other electronic equipment repair.

Took TV in said it would be 10 days before the parts came in but we had it back be fore the 10 days were even up . The service man was very kind and explained everything to us that he was doing and the cost , he then unhooked a smaller tv that was in another room and brought it in the living room so we wouldn't be with out one for the time it took to fix the larger one . Our big screen was mounted in the wall so it was really hard to take out and to reinstall and he worked harder than most jobs would have been. Great JOB was done. Thank you very much alltronics.

One of our cats had been spraying on the back of the TV! Nazario found the problem in no time, and washed the board that was causing the problem with a toothbrush!

TV wouldn't go on. Called Alltronics around 1:30 p.m. Repairman said he would come to my house at 5:30. He showed up promptly and worked on the TV for over an hour. He gave me the figure to fix it after he determined out what was wrong. It was $200 which was well worth it for a TV that cost $2000 5 years ago. This is the only service it has needed. Repairman was courteous, respectful, capable and effective.

tHEY CAME RIGHT AWAY -- DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT DAYS TO GET THE TV FIXED THERE WAS NO REPAIR ON MY TV *** PERSON I CALL FOR APPOINTMENT SAID I WOULD GIVE ME A 10% DISCOUNT BECAUSE I GOT THEM ON ANGIES LIST *** I AM A SENIOR, SO THERE WAS ANOTHER 10% OFF DUE ME AS REPORTED ON THE LIST *** THE REPAIRMAN DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO CHARGE ME BECAUSE HE WAS AT MY HOUSE FOR ~ 20 MINUTES OR LESS *** HAD TO CALL HIS BOSS TO FIND OUT THE AMOUNT TO CHARGE ME BECAUSE OF THE LITTLE TIME HE WAS HERE *** THE BOSS/OWNER OVERCHARGED ME.......I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED AT THE $95 CHARGE FOR REALLY NOTHING. ***THE REPAIRMAN SAID THE TOTAL CHARGE WOULD HAVE BEEN $115, BUT WITH $20 DISCOUNT, THE TOTAL AMOUNTED TO $95 -- *** I DON'T REALLY KNOW FOR WHAT I WAS CHARGED THAT HUGE AMOUNT??? SINCE THE CALL TO MY HOUSE (AS I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT) WAS TO BE $50 JUST COME OVER, PLUS 10% OFF BECAUSE OF ANGIES' LIST. *** VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY -- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNJUST!

My 27" Phillips TV had no picture, yet, audio was fine. My sister called Alltronics at 11:54am on 10/12 and spoke to a very nice gentleman, who took all the info about the issue and promised they would be out to view/repaid in the hour. They did just that! In less than an hour the repair team arrived and cleaned and fixed my TV in 35 minutes! My sister was so impressed with their response and handling she tipped then $10.00!

Fine. Called for an estimate for repair. Choice of pick-up and delivery for $50, or do it myself.

I called Alltronics and left a message on a Friday morning. My call was returned within a few hours and the repairman said he would come by at the end of the day. He arrived a little after 5:30 pm and quickly diagnosed the problem. The computer for this TV was not being made any longer and so he said he would take it back to the shop, repair it and return on Monday. He gave us an estimate for the repair which was accurate. He returned late Monday afternoon and installed the repaired part. He was careful in moving our TV and very professional. I was impressed he responded so quickly to my call and was able to come out the same day.

I dropped my TV off at their shop. I gave them a small deposit. They offered to try and fix the TV, but said that it might not last to much longer. They were very polite.

The repair went very well.

Preformed a diagnostic, and explained the fault, and told us exactly how much it would cost. Also given the age of the TV set recommended, that we not have it repaired. A refreshingly honest experience.

Process went pretty well.

My overall experience with Alltronics was exceptional. They had friendly service, did a quality job, were fast, and professional.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD WITH ALLTRONICS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR TELEVISION AND KNEW RIGHT WHAT TO DO WITH IT.
