Work began in April, 2015. Think of "bad" all the way around. Cabinets were promised to be started in two weeks and finished one week after. Instead, it took two months and we had to re-install the cabinets after that (or pay an additional $600 AFTER they were so late in completing the job). The contractor assigned to us (Casey) had to be a relative of Duane's because you'd think anyone else who miscommunicated and lacked follow-through as he did would have been fired by Duane otherwise. They would not give us an itemized bill, either. When we complained about the work, they did not make it right and they know it. A year later, I am still ticked at their poor quality and customer service. Sub contractor promised cabinet paint would make cabinets look like we bought them that way but that was not true. They didn't prep cabinets like they said and paint began to peel within months. Beware of this place - no integrity. I wish I didn't have to learn this the hard way, thousands and thousands of dollars later.

My house is a 1980, single story, 1500 sq ft. Several of the original windows had lost the dual pane seal and were moisture foggy. I made the decision late to replace the windows and needed the work completed before end of the month. He explained the pro/cons of several window companies and advised among window technologies. The choice was mine on what brand or model I wanted. Accurate quote. John delivered the new windows. Work was done in 3 days. He disposed of the old windows. Cleaned up the area completely. As part of this same job, he also replaced our old worn wood molding with excellent hardwood trim at all 5 windows. Again he explained the common choices for wood types, molding styles and finish choices. Very good finish woodworker. Excellent fit and appearance. 2008 to now, this is the third time I have used 3R Construction for remodeling work. He also built two matching custom bookcases with lower cabinets to set into the exterior wall. He re-sided the exterior wall where the bookcase extended to match the original siding. It looks like it was part of the original house design. He has installed solartube sun lights into three rooms of our house. The first one worked so well, we had him install two more. All of the work is excellent. No need for return visit to fix anything.
