WESTFALL SEPTIC TANK & EXCVTN

This company installed our septic system with our new home. He was never available to meet with us as we did with other sub contractors. Our septic alarm went off several times in the first few months we were living in our home. Finally, about a year after moving in, we noticed sewer bubbling up in our yard. He told us we were over-using our system as it was only supposed to be used for 4-5 people. There are 9 people in our family and this has always been the case. He says he was told 4-5 people but that's never been the case. He expanded our drain field and reprogramed the system, but it doesn't change the fact he put in too small a tank. He said he would come back the next week and pump the system the next week. That was 5 months ago and he came today only after we finally threatened legal action. Nothing is ever his fault and he won't take responsiblity for his work. We will find someone else for anything else we need.
