JOE'S GARAGE

We knew we needed some important fixes to be done on our truck, and that the other one probably needed some work, as well. We went to the local dealer and asked for some estimates as to how much these needed things would cost, and were blown away by their estimates. So I started looking around, further afield, and found Joe's on some review sites, and looked it up on google to see where it was exactly in town. The reviews I saw were pretty good, so I made an apt to take the truck in for a look see. They gave us an estimate for only the things it needed, and not a bunch of unimportant things. This truck is my husbands work around the place vehicle, and it does get hard use and is a '89, so it's not new looking, but we want it to work well, and want to take as good a care of it as we can. Except for having to do without it for about a mo or 6 weeks, we were very satisfied with the job, their professionalism yet friendliness, and the security we felt with them and their garage and attitudes. We trusted them. That made it all work for us-the prices they charged weren't cheap, but then how could we know how much things like this were in general? We just knew that we'd felt like the dealer in Spfld was out to "screw" us on the prices for a lot of things we weren't even sure it needed, and it turns out neither of our vehicles did. We will go back!
