I was very unhappy with the overall process as I did not even give them permission to do the job. They are very dishonest and fail in communication skills. Their level of expertise did not meet my expectations as they did not even fix the problem. During the telephone conversation, he stated $55 per hour but failed to state that is per person which meant $110 per hour with the two of them. I telephoned them of my total dissatisfaction but opted to pay $350 rather than the bill of $550. They agreed to the price. I will never contact this company again.
