They went over and above. They came out to our house on  a weekend and they did a great job. They are efficient and got everything done. I would use them in the future if we have to.

Their instructions on how to take, label, and submit samples were clear and complete. Atez sent the samples to a lab in Virginia for analysis. It took a little longer than the week they estimated, but it was ok with me. The four samples actually became six samples, as the adhesives were analyzed separately from the flooring materials, which was better than how I planned it. I was satisfied with the process and the clarity of the report.

We called ATEZ after becoming increasingly alarmed by the amount of dust we found after having painting done in our 1950 home that we had recently purchased and moved into. When we explained to Kevin what had happened and that we had a two and a half year old son and we were expecting our second child, he moved his schedule around and made the drive from Harrisburg to Eugene that day. We were able to get some readings (XRF) right away and the dust samples were overnighted to a lab. We asked Kevin many questions, and he was patient and explained things in a way we could understand. At his suggestion, we moved out of the house that day and waited for the rest of the results. Although it was a couple of days before a holiday weekend, he was able to get the lab to turn the test results around quickly and called us with them on Friday. We are incredibly appreciative that Kevin took our situation as seriously as we did, and helped us make decisions quickly.
