Town & Country Glass

We had Town & country replace 5 windows, and everyone we dealt with was professional, nice, efficient, thorough, and good at what they did. Will use them again, and will tell others!

These guys were amazing. We broke a window in our house just days before we were heading out of town. I called to leave a message at 10 pm on a Sunday night and I actually was able to speak to a person. Town and Country Glass were responsive, professional, and affordable. Our windows look great too! I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. I wish all my home repair experiences were this pleasant and easy.

Everything went well - absolutely no complaints. I would happily call them again if I need window work like this.

I was in a panic -- my house had been broken into, the back sliding glass door smashed with a tire iron.  On the coldest day of the year, east winds whipped through the gorge directly through my shattered sliding door, bringing the wind-chill factor below 20 degrees in my house. Matt answered my call and responded quickly with compassionate professionalism.  At NO time did I feel like he was taking advantage of my vulnerability or sense of urgency.

When Matt returned to my house 3 days later, he quickly installed the custom glass into the sliding door frame. He even went above-and-beyond by helping remove the plywood we had screwed into the door frame in an attempt to cover up the broken out sliding glass door.

He responded within 24 hours and gave me a preliminary quote over the phone. He was super about coordinating with my schedule to get the work done...I will use him again for any glass needs I have.

One was standard size, one had to be custom made. Matt was on time and on budget. I will have him come back for more work in the Spring.

They were good.  It was kind of an urgent situation, someone threw a rock through the glass of our door.  They were able to get out the same day and boarded it up immediately and they had the glass to me, which was a custom double edged within like three days.  The bid was fair, the grew was good.  They did a good job.

I called around and he was the most reasonable. He replaced the glass with better glass than the original window. Joe came out when he said he would and did the job efficiently. He was very responsive and I would use him again in a second. I would recommend him to everyone.

Matt Sliney came first to check the problem then he decided to contact the door manufacturer and got additional information about performing the adjustment. He then came a second time and performed the adjustment.
Matt was very professional and performed excellent work in a short time without any problem.

We contacted many contactors on a Saturday Morning. Matt was at our house within 45 minutes of our call. He looked at the situation and although he could not perform the work (it was not his area of expertise - we needed a whole new door replacement), he referred us to another contractor who provided a fair price.We appreciate the level of service and courtesy that Matt provided. We are only sorry that he could not be the one to complete the job. Should we have any need for glasswork in the future, we will definately give him a call.
