All items quickly and professionally fixed. Based upon the extensive remodeling projects done by Timber Creek in the past, which went very well, I always try them first for other needs as they arise.

We had worked with Derick before on some remodeling work in our home and had a great experience, so when our garage door stopped working he was the first person we called to take a look at the problem. He came out the next day to take a look at what was wrong and write up an estimate for replacing the door, with a number of different options for door styles and automatic/manual opening. We made our decision for a windowless steel door with no automatic opener and he proceeded to get us into his schedule right after Thanksgiving. The work was done by one of his subcontractors over the course of about 4 hours. His sub was fast-working, clean, and professional, and left the job site clean when he was finished. The door fits the opening perfectly, is appropriately weather-sealed, and is very easy to open and close. We are very pleased with the work that was done and will consider to consider Derick at Timber Creek whenever we have issues come up at our home.

Derick was very responsive from the get go, and came out to estimate the work right away. As we worked through the bidding process he was very flexible in modifying his bid to match our changing requirements. Once the work started, he did an excellent job keeping us up to date on what was happening when, and what milestones were being reached. He or his subcontractors were in the house for the bulk of a 2 week period, and most of the time he was there himself. There were a few challenges along the way (as is expected when working on such an old house), but he was good about talking to us about our options and making sure we were comfortable with what was going to be done to remedy the situations. Aside from being a good worker and capable manager of his subs, Derick was a very pleasant, trustworthy guy. I would definitely work with him again in the future!

Derick Callan does a wonderful job and is a person of very high character. He has good design skills and ideas, and excels in restoring vintage houses (mine is 80 years old) to their original character while introducing modern design elements that make the house function like a new one. He does what he says he will do, and does it on time. While not the lowest in town, his prices are fair and reflect the quality of his work. His subcontractors are all skilled and reliable, and people you enjoy having in your home.

The job went very well and the quality of the finish was great. They were very friendly, reliable and did everything that we ask for. They were good and my overall experience with them has been great.

All work was performed satisfactorily and generally on time, despite the need to re-roof and replace roof trusses during a very wet Portland winter. Derick and his crew were reliably present and on time, and we were kept well informed as work progressed. The overall quality of the work done was superior.
