Simple Inspiration Home Staging

We had purchased a home that we intended to remodel and live in, but that did not work out, so we needed to resell it.  This house was in pretty bad shape, so there were about 100 things that we fixed and or updated.
Once that was finished, we wanted to make sure the house would sell fast. Our realtor suggested that we use a staging service.  I called three stagers and one was busy, one did not seem the right fit and Trisha seemed to be what we needed.  Her website really showcases the type of furnishings she would use. 
We met at the house and we discussed what what rooms should be furnished and a few other suggestions to help the house sell quickly.  
We found a date for install (working around putting a new roof on) and she had all of the items in place within one day.
The house sold with four days and I know Trisha had a lot to do with it!
I would recommend her again.

We needed to get our house on the market fast, but knew it would be far better to do some work before officially listing it so we engaged Trish in both the staging and as a consultant in the early stages before staging. We knew that we needed good advice upfront on what was most important to do vs. what would give little bang for the buck. She came in and provided excellent help pointing out which rooms really needed new paint and which rooms had too much furniture in them. We did a great deal of upfront work per her recommendation and then had her come do the major staging. Once fixtures were replaced, carpet removed, and new paint applied, she then brought in a team and transformed our home into a real show place. In a very bad high end real estate market we were able to get an acceptable offer on our house in a little over 6 weeks. We give a great deal of credit to Trish for the positive outcome.
