Kathie was great to work with.  She worked very hard to help me find the right home and make the process as smooth as possible.  She regularly sent me listings and took me to see several homes.  She was extremely knowledgeable and kept on top of everything. She was very pleasant and returned my calls promptly.  She pointed out problems and potential problems with the properties she showed me, and made sure I was aware of anything that needed to be addressed.  She went to bat for me to make sure any issues got resolved and did a fabulous job of representing my interests in the home buying process.  I have never known another real estate agent with her level of diligence, effort and attention to detail.  I would highly recommend her and her company.

I like her, period. She's very good with everything. I don't have any complaints. She is a very good friend. I met her because she is a friend of a friend of mine. She is good with communication. I can only say good things about her. She was considering our needs at every step of the process. She sat down with us and talked about our priorities. She knows what she's doing.
