 + -1 morePete and his team are friendly and experienced. They have worked on several things in house and we've always been very happy. They provide lost of input and ideas on design help and are very trustworthy. We moved in a 50's Mid-century modern. They replaced a basement window, painted our house... and if I can figure out how to load our kitchen remodel kitchens I will. Great quality.

 + 0 morePete Fora does work for me on a fairly regular basis. He and his associates (Chris, Gabe, Rafael) to name a few, are a breath of fresh air! I have given Pete PLENTY of jobs, BIG and small, with some impractical finish dates and he has never failed! If you are looking for attention to detail, hard workers, deadlines being met and a HOOT of a time... Pick up the phone and set up a meeting with this fella!

Description of Work: I own a real estate company in Portland and I have been working with Pete Fora for over 7 years. He does repairs for my clients, remodels and offers sound advice to my clients. He has always been reliable and fair to deal with. I hired Pete to do the commercial build out of our office. He worked closely with our Architect Ben Waechter and the results are stunning. He transformed our rough warehouse space into a warm and modern office. He sealed original brick walls, built new rooms, complex poly carbonate sliding doors the architect had designed and built out the offices and conference rooms. He is doing a complete restoration of a personal residence I just purchased. Restoration of the walls, floors, lighting, exterior and interior paint, and overseeing the cabinet makers reproductions of doors and cabinets. I had other contractors unwilling to give me a bid on redoing the fir floors in the kitchen and it was recommended to me twice just to go over the tile. Pete Fora immediately said we had to uncover the original and gave me a firm bid that was extremely reasonable to do the job.
