The company that we work with is very good, in services and products, delivery rates and the door. So all is good. They have great technician work, great products and supplies. I have no complaints. I give them 10's on a scale of 1 - 10 across the board I have no issues. They came in a repaired our hot tub, and provided products, and services. They didn't hesitate to answer question i had. I would call them from time to time with questions i had. I have no issues with Oregon Hot Tub. Its not a frugal place to purchase things. They have been very helpful with questions, and answers.
I would recommend them, for quality, professionalism, prompt, courteous, and the service. Professional information, helpful, and good work. No call backs. No coming back to fix anything because everything was right the first times.
